I wish I could say that my experience with Hobby warehouse was good but I must warn future purchasers that there is no way to force responsibility when an error is made by this company. I paid for an item to be delivered for Christmas and the item was delivered to the billing address instead of the mailing address. When this error was brought to Nathan the new manager he failed to resolve the issue and ignored my e-mails. In the end I am happy that at least the item will reach our niece in time for Christmas but I was hoping I could do so without paying for shipping twice. I would have been happy to have been reimbursed for the extra delivery charges and ignore my time that was wasted. Please beware when shopping with this company.
I am sorry to say I too had a bad experience with Nathan I ordered afew iteems one being a barrel.I received a 6" piece of rubber for the barrel have e-mailed with Nathan a number of times with no results.
Good idea for sharing everything.
